Capabilities
Capabilities
We manufacture precision components to the tolerances, geometries and specifications set out in the customer's technical drawing.
Processes
CNC machining
We carry out CNC milling and CNC turning, with CAD/CAM programming and dimensional inspection throughout the production process.

CNC milling
Parts made to customer drawings, from prototype to recurring production.

CNC turning
Lathe with bar feeder, for small and large quantities.

Materials
Materials and finishing
We machine metals and engineering plastics, including titanium.
| Family | Alloys and grades |
|---|---|
| Aluminium | Alloys 6082, 5083 and 7075 |
| Steel | From mild steel to hardened steel |
| Stainless steel | 304 and 316L |
| Other metals | Titanium, brass and bronze |
| Engineering plastics | POM, PE500 and PE1000, and others subject to feasibility |
Finishing and treatments
Finishing and treatments are carried out by trusted partners.
- Anodising
- Zinc plating
- Heat treatment
Resources
Programming, equipment and inspection

CAD/CAM programming
Programming and process preparation with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam), to optimise machining and ensure repeatable production.

Equipment
Five 3-axis CNC machining centres and two CNC lathes.

Dimensional inspection
Calipers and micrometers. Part-by-part inspection, with recorded dimensions.
Machinery
Machines and part size limits
Five 3-axis CNC machining centres and two CNC lathes, one of them with a bar feeder.

Quantities and lead times
Prototypes, batches and lead times
We manufacture from prototypes and one-off parts to small, medium and large batches, according to each customer's needs.
There is no minimum order quantity or value. In turning, the bar feeder allows small and large quantities.
Lead times
Lead times are set according to the complexity of the parts, the quantities, the availability of raw material and production capacity. The delivery time is confirmed after the technical review of each request.
We have 24-hour production capacity, which allows us to optimise lead times.
Urgent orders
We accept urgent orders, subject to technical review, the availability of machines and materials and the complexity of the parts. The lead time is set case by case, after reviewing the project. Urgent orders may carry an additional cost, communicated in advance and approved by the customer.
